Terms of Service

Demonstration document — not legal advice and not yet final Wispix terms. Replace with terms reviewed for your organization and jurisdiction before launch.

Scope

This independent software demonstration shows a possible platform for creator campaigns. The demo provides no paid work, verified campaign budget or financial services.

Campaigns and eligibility

All campaign examples are fictional illustrative records unless your operator has explicitly activated and funded a real campaign. View counts, content eligibility and ownership require independent validation.

Submissions

You must only submit content you have rights to publish. You remain responsible for compliance with TikTok rules and applicable laws. There are no live campaigns yet. Mere account registration does not entitle you to payment.

Payouts

Any live payout is subject to verified eligible views, moderation, available campaign funds and an approved manual payout workflow. Example earnings are not redeemable.

Contact

Before deploying this project publicly, replace this section with the operator's genuine legal entity name, address, and support email.
